Originally from Chicago, Darryl holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. With over 20 years of experience in the Washington DC real estate market—and now focused on Southern California buyers and sellers—he offers clients a rare blend of real estate development, financial expertise, and high-level marketing know-how.

For over two decades, Darryl has been a partner at NOVO Properties, where he has overseen the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily investments. His background includes condominium conversions, guiding projects from acquisition and design to financing, marketing, and final sale. Prior to real estate, Darryl honed his skills in marketing at American Express and America Online, developing a strong foundation in customer engagement and brand strategy.

Whether helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or luxury home sellers, Darryl’s focus remains the same: delivering informed and intelligent advice while putting his clients’ best interests first.  

With over 30 years of business management experience, Darryl’s career has spanned advertising, real estate, finance, and even restaurant ownership—always with a focus on exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Darryl now lives in Beverly Hills with his wife and their dog, and is a proud father to three grown children—two of whom live in Los Angeles.
