Live in vintage architectural splendor in the historic Lotus Apartments designed by architect, William Hauptman in 1928. A West Hollywood treasure, the highly stylized pagoda-like structure, features original design elements such as decorative banding, corbels, metal cresting, peaked and undulating gables, wood window grilles and wood-frame large picture windows with arched headers, wood balconies, panel doors with hammered doorknobs, hand-finished plaster, antique lanterns and decorative Japanese metal relief insets. Set in lush greenery, one is truly transported away from LA's hustle and bustle into another time and place yet only moments away from the most vibrant segment of the Sunset Strip. The interiors maintain many of the historic elements while offering the modern conveniences one would expect today. Available now is a rarely available 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully updated apartment with its own washer/dryer and secured underground parking. Live in elegance with its beautiful hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, stainless steel appliances and security system. Jump at the rare chance to live here! Pictures are representative of the unit.
